Matthew's work is an evolution of process-based painting. The work has a continuous theme of complexities in process, using different systems layered upon one another. Matthew has collaborated with several artist including John Brown ("something" Olga Korper Gallery) and Denyse Thomasos ("Hybrid Prison" AGO Swing Space).
